ISO9001:2015 Certification for Innova Art
April 2021 was an exciting month for Innova Art, signifying the end of certification processes for the ISO9001:2015 Standard. ISO9001:2015 is a standard for maintaining high quality levels and understanding for organisations looking to meet customer and stakeholder requirements in the most efficient way possible. The management team at Innova Art have been working for the last few months to document existing processes and submit these for independent verification. In April 2021, this work paid off and Innova Art became the proud recipient of a certificate declaring that their processes meet ISO9001:2015 standards. This certification is the culmination of a multifaceted improvement drive for Innova Art. Over the past 12 months the company has been working to improve both facilities and processes, all whilst manufacturing and shipping orders during a challenging global health crisis. Receiving the formal documents stating that Innova Art is ISO9001:2015 certified was an exciting time for the team. Achieving ISO9001:2015 certification ensures that our team are recognised for this and gives us a structure to ensure our standards never slip.” In addition to formalising the processes used to ensure customer satisfaction, Innova Art has redeveloped existing facilities to improve the working environment for their team. Their distribution hub in Hampshire, UK has had an overhaul to create space for additional machinery and storage. Not only improving the capacity of finished products available to customers worldwide, but enabling the production team to work more efficiently.
