Atlas of Humanity is an ongoing project, conceived and curated by Martin Vegas for DeFactory. The goal of this project is to map the populations that inhabit our planet by curating a collection of photographs which document every culture worldwide. Encouraging dialogue and comparison, allowing opportunities to celebrate the cultural differences between ethnic groups. Open to submissions from both professional and amateur photographers, the creative talent pool behind the collection is immense. Each photographer involved allows their photograph to focus on the diversity of the subject matter instead of trumpeting an individual creative style. Many photographers involved are invisible to the general public, others are celebrated winners of prestigious international awards. All are united on a common journey, that is to celebrate the beauty of humankind. To provide documented evidence of the great wealth of people that inhabit our planet, without any claim of being comprehensive. The first printed exhibition of this work, made possible by Innova [...]

Create exceptional image displays with products designed specifically for fine art photographic artwork. Innova Art built their reputation on developing high quality inkjet fine art papers for artists and photographers. New JetMaster Dye Sublimation Paper 190gsm and JetMaster Metal capture this quality for the dye sublimation display market. The perfect pairing means master printmakers can create dye sublimation displays that exceed expectations. Specifically for use in the sublimation of rigid substrates, JetMaster Dye Sublimation Paper 190gsm absorbs a high ink load. Capturing the maximum amount of pigment in the paper surface and sublimating the maximum amount of pigment into the surface of your metal plate. There is no need to contend with cockled sheets, the sheet lays flat for full contact during dye sublimation transfer. Full bleed image display makes dye sublimation one of the most popular products in the fine art print market. Crisp, clean image definition around the plate edge is a pre requisite. JetMaster Dye Sublimation Paper 190gsm has high dimensional stability so does not shrink. Ensuring that your print sublimates all the way to the edge of your metal plate with clear images, every time. Featuring a unique coating JetMaster Dye Sublimation Paper 190gsm reduces the sublimation of pigment through the reverse of the paper. Making sure your press is clean and ready for sublimating the next image. The wide colour gamut and fast ink absorption rate combine to make prints vibrant and details sharp. Resulting in a quality that is second to none once sublimated onto your metal plate. Everyone in dye sublimation knows that the paper is only responsible for part of the output quality. The combination of Metal and Dye Sublimation Paper is what makes JetMaster Dye Sublimation Image Display Systems so appealing. [...]

Founded by artist John Dyer, Last Chance to Paint educates through art. Focussed on global conservation, John and his team travel the world, visiting conservation projects and spending time with local tribes. Last Chance to Paint takes place in various locations world wide. Each project forms a chapter of the story. Highlighting environmental issues and conservation efforts around the world. Archival inkjet media manufacturer Innova Art will be sponsoring the second chapter, Last Chance to Paint: Person of the Forest. They will also spend some time at an Orangutang sanctuary, capturing the experiences using paint and canvas as well as video and photography. Schools that choose to take part in the project can get involved in real time or within their own timetable. Students have the chance to ‘travel’ with John, asking questions via the blog and watching live videos thanks to satellite technology. Teaching resources for each chapter are available to download from the project website, these are targeted at key stage two but can be easily adapted to suit any learning level. Students will get an opportunity to learn about the environment through various conservation efforts. Virtually meeting members of local tribes, learning how environmental issues impact on their daily lives and asking direct questions via the Last Chance to Pain blog and social media.
