Focus on Imaging 2013

Innova Art returned from Focus on Imaging this month. The show was a success for all involved and a particular hit was the launch of the JetMaster Photo Panel. The Photo Panel is a lightweight alternative to solid MDF blocks and provides a stylish frame free display option for digital prints. Apple Store | Third Street Promenade 1415 Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica, CA 90401 FREE ADMISSION (Space is limited) A modest master of many photo-technologies, Jim eagerly welcomes questions about digital photography, printing, and analog photography, as well as topics like Fuji and Polaroid instant films, managing photo assignments with his Mac Air, and taking fantastic pictures from your IPhone. From Clint Eastwood to Tina Turner and Jay-Z, Jim McHugh has photographed many of the most recognized and celebrated faces in the world. His portraits have appeared on the covers of PEOPLE, ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST, TV GUIDE, and ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY. Awarded internationally for his Weegee-like vintage press camera Polaroid and Fuji prints of Los Angeles, a current exhibition of McHugh’s photographs, Let’s Get Lost: Polaroids From The Coast, is on display at LAX. Presented by the Department of Cultural Affairs for the City of Los Angeles, the show runs through March of 2013. Let’s Get Lost will travel to Bilbao, Spain in the Fall of 2013. Innova sponsors Poetry Society exhibition

Innova is pleased to be sponsoring ‘Where We Begin to Look. Landscape & Poetry’, an exhibition of paintings by Zoe Benbow and poems by women selected by Deryn Rees- Jones. The show opens at the Poetry Café in Covent Garden on 17th January and continues until 1st March. Salon de la Photo 2012

Recently the Innova team returned from Salon de la Photo in Paris where we were supporting Torpedo, the main distributor for Innova papers in France. The show was a great success with over 85,000 people visiting over five days. Torpedo were joined on their stand by Photographic book printers Escourbiac, location photography training specialists Itinérances and digital fine art printers TiragesPro. Innova’s Photokina 2012 stand is a runaway success

The Innova Art stand at photokina attracted the crowds with a big red London bus and created a fantastic photo opportunity. The stand fast became a favourite with visitors, drawing people in were the stunning images of the London Olympics taken by Dutch photographer Seonar Chamid. New and enhanced products across the Innova and Olmec ranges were well received, along with demonstrations of the Jetmaster display system in both the original and new direct print format were, again, a hit with the crowds: Find out more here.
