Beating fierce competition, Innova Supernova Chrome has been awarded the Printing United Alliance 2023 Pinnacle Product Award in the Non-Output Device Media – Dye-Sublimation Flexible Category

Hosted by Printing United Alliance, the Pinnacle Product Awards recognise products that improve or advance the printing industry with exceptional contributions in quality, capability and productivity. A highly qualified panel of judges from across the printing industry evaluated the annual contests 160+ entries across more than 58 categories. Covering analog, digital, output and non-output products that will be available for sale in 2023.

Open to entries form worldwide Printing United Alliance manufacturer members, the Pinnacle Awards cover three main categories: output devices, non-output devices and technology. The non-output devices category focusses on product improvements. Covering developments to existing products as well as the launch of new products which move the printing industry forward. 

Entered into the Non-Output Media- Dye-Sublimation Flexible category, Innova Supernova Chrome was in a class of its own.

“One of the things I like best about our competition is that it is juried, and judges are basing their decisions on objective criteria. And with outstanding entries like Innova Supernova Chrome, they had their work cut out for them,” said Dawn Nye, Program Manager Pinnacle Awards, PRINTING United Alliance.

Innova Supernova Chrome revolutionises the production of ultra high gloss dye-sublimated displays. Available in roll and sheet formats, this bright white dye-sublimation receptive PET film is waterproof, scratch and solvent resistant. Sublimation can be completed using a flatbed or calendar (rotary) heat press whilst finished prints can be mounted to rigid substrates or kept in their naturally flexible state for display.
