Words over Waltham Forest is a 3 week borough-wide festival taking place from 26 October to 17 November. The aim of the festival is to host language and literary inspired events in all forms.
As part of the festival Forest Poets are hosting an exhibition called Writing on the Wall, each poet has been given an image by a local photographer and tasked with writing a poem in response. Innova Art has teamed up with the Poetry Society to sponsor the exhibition by this local literary group. The exhibition is open daily from Saturday 26th October – Saturday 2nd November with the launch and readings of the poetry happening on Saturday 26th October 7-9pm.
